追思--悼念一位以108 歲高齡仙逝的慈詳老太太

親愛的老伯母，我們遵重您的家屬希望您能平靜安詳離去的心願，聖地牙哥多數友朋沒能為您送行，我們做為有幸認識您半個世紀的晚輩，實在非常的不捨，見識過您以一個平凡的台灣婦女，經歷如此不平凡的人生，我們仍是希望能誠摯的向您道別。

108 歲在我們凡人的眼中，是不朽（ Immortal) ，我們謹以英國湖濱詩人William Wordsworth 在1807 年寫的一首詩 “Immortality Ode” 來為您送別，但願您一路好走，安享天國的福份！

Then, sing, ye birds, sing, sing a joyous song!
And let the young lambs bound
As to the tabor’s sound!
We, in thought, will join your throng,
Ye that pipe and ye that play,
Ye that through your hearts to-day
Feel the gladness of the May!
What though the radiance which was once so bright
Be now for ever taken from my sight,
Though nothing can bring back the hour
