The
Melody of Spring
Emily Hsu
The warm green spring has just begun.
Two beautiful flowers will start to bloom,
And will awake in the rising sun.
One named Effie and the other named Troom.
Soon other flowers turned big, yellow, and tall.
Then as time passed by,
Came the season fall.
Effie and Troom have grown pretty high.
Days passed by, with winter coming near.
The flowers would sometimes cry,
Since death was their fear.
The snow buried them deep, with Effie and Troom now gone.
Leaving the sky to weep,
With white small pellets, flying near a fawn.
The fawn ate plants and planted out a seed,
Right where Effie and Troom were born.
The sun was hiding, though it was badly in need.
The warm green spring has just begun.
Two beautiful flowers will start to bloom,
And will awake in the rising sun.
One named Amara and the other named Moon.
