-   Source for information on living well with low vision.

-   (Elder Law Advocacy) Tel. (858) 565-1392
-   Provides free legal services to residents of San Diego over the age of 60. The basic service provided consist of a 30 minutes counsel and advice session with an attorney licensed in CA.

(3) Meals on Wheels:  http://www.meals-on-wheels.org/
-   Eligibility:  60 + years of age 
-   Objective:  Nutritious Meal, Friendly Visit & Safety Check.
-   PRICING: 
o       one-time fee $35 to begin delivery service.
o       Lunch and dinner, plus beverage:  $7/day.
o       Lunch only or dinner only:  $4/day.
o       Extra beverage: $0.50 each.
-   Monthly Menu available online.

(4)  Five Wishes: www.agingwithdignity.org  Tel. (888)594-7434
-   The Five Wishes document gives you a way to control something very important – how you are treated if you get seriously ill.  It is an easy-to-complete form that lets you say exactly what you want.  Once it is filled out and properly signed it is valid under the laws of most states.  Chinese version is available.
-   Double check with your estate attorney if you have a trust package including living will and power of attorney.

-   Service:  Concierge Club; Senior A Go Go; HomeShare; Children of Aging Parent 
-   Objective:  Helping seniors stay in their own homes
