Vegetarian Eel (Black Mushroom)
 
Materials:  
15 black mushroom 10 green cabbage
1 t. of soy sauce 1/4 t. of MSG
4 T. or corn starch  
   
Sauce:  
2 T. of soy sauce 1 T. of sugar
1 T. of vinegar 2 T. of water
   
Procedures:  
  1. Rinse the green cabbage, and blanch into boiling water, then drain and set aside.
  2. Soften the dried mushrooms and cut them into long stripes, mix them with soy sauce, MSG, and corn starch.
  3. Heat the oil, deep-fry the mushroom stripes till golden brown, remove and set aside. Heat the sauce in a pan, bring the temperature to boiling and put the mushroom into the sauce, mix well and place in a plate, arrange the cabbage along the edge of the plate.
