Hand-rolled Sushi
 
Materials:  
1 LB. of cooked shrimp 1 avocado
1 cucumber 1 box of radish sprout
1 pickled radish 5 C. of cooked rice
1 packages of dried bonito shaving
   
Salad dressing:  
1 C. of mayonnaise 1/2 T. of lemon juice
1/2 T. of sugar 2 T. of fish roe
20 sheets of nori (seed weed)  
   
Procedures:  
  1. Dice the cooked shrimp, peel the avocado, remove the seed and slice it. Shred the cucumber and pickled radish. Clean the radish sprout and cut the roots.
  2. Put the dressing into the diced shrimp.
  3. Cut the nori (seed weed sheet) into 10" x 3 1/2", put the rice on it first, then the rest of the ingredients as you disire, and wrap it like ice cream cone shape. Then it's ready to eat!
